2010 Swim Team Missing Meets Form

Last day to sign up is June 1st.

If your child drops out before June 1st, you will receive a full refund.

Registration Fees

$80 for first child, $50 for second child, and $30 for third child. The registration fee will not be refunded.

Registration checks should be made payable to: Birkdale Swim Team

If a family does not fulfill the commitment to the Team through volunteer requirements, they will not be allowed to attend the end of the year banquet. Additionally, the family will not be eligible to register for the Swim Team the following year. The swim team is a volunteer organization and cannot operate without everyone doing their part.
